Most appliances are pretty easy to get used to, but it may take you a couple days to feel comfortable.

Sometimes you might need a space maintainer to hold space open or to keep teeth from moving forward.

You may need a space maintainer.

You can play sports with your appliance, but if it's removable, we suggest you take it out for these activities.

The forsus appliance show in the 2 photographs below replaces class 2 elastic band wear. This appliance is permanently in place, therefore Treatment efficiency is enhanced. They are small screws made from titanium alloy that are drilled into the alveolar process as anchorage units.
